GENERAL REPAIR QUESTIONS


THERE ARE MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH MY DEVICE, DO YOU OFFER REPAIR BUNDLES?

Sure we do please just give us a call at (805)618-1073 and we will see what we can set up for you.

SO I TRIED TO FIX MY DEVICE ON MY OWN AND HAVE IT SEMI UNASSEMBLED. CAN I SEND IT TO YOU AND HAVE YOU FINISH THE REPAIR?

Absolutely, we do that all the time for customers. Please purchase the diagnostic service and send your device in. A technician will call you the same day we receive it with a quote before beginning any work on your iPhone.

DO YOU REPAIR ANY OTHER KIND OF DRONES?

Of course! If you have managed to break your drones, odds are we can fix it.

DO YOU REPAIR ANY OTHER GADGETS?

In addition to drone repairs, we offer repairs for a wide varitey of VR, AR and Display monotor related with drones. If you are interested in a repair please contact a support representative at (805)618-1073.

DO YOU OFFER ANY TYPE OF WARRANTY ON YOUR REPAIRS?

Yes, all repairs carry a 30 day parts and labor warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 30 days we will take care of it free of charge!

DO YOU OFFER TO REPAIR PARTIALLY THE GIMBALS AND CAMERAS?

Gimbals and cameras are not repairable with this service. We can only replace the gimbal and camera units.


MAIL IN REPAIRS AND SHIPPING


I HAVE PURCHASED A MAIL-IN SERVICE ONLINE, NOW WHAT?

Please pack your device in a small box or reinforce mailer(Please do not ship us damaged lipo batteries.) and ship the device with the carrier of your choosing to our mail in service location at:

Please include your name and/or order number with the device so that we can quickly locate your order and begin the repair when it arrives at our repair facility. Once the device has been repaired, we will return it to shipping address that was specified during checkout.

WHAT DO I NEED TO INCLUDE WITH MY DEVICE WHEN I SHIP IT?

If it is possible, you need to send the original packing listed or with controller & cables.
(The drone + The remote controller & interface cable + One battery)

CAN YOU BILL MY SHIPPING ACCOUNT WITH FEDEX OR UPS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Sure, please just call a customer service representative at (805)618-1073 to make the proper arrangements. Please note, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to the customer if they supply their own shipping label or shipping account.

DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO BRING A DEVICE TO YOUR REPAIR LOCATION?

No appointment is needed. Simply stop by during our hours of operation and we will be happy to assist you with any devices related needs.

I DON’T FEEL COMFORTABLE BUYING A REPAIR SERVICE ON THE WEBSITE ARE THE ANY OTHER WAYS I CAN PAY?

WATER DAMAGE SERVICE


DOES THE WATER DAMAGE SERVICE INCLUDE LOGIC BOARD REPLACEMENT?

Due to its high cost, the logic board is the only device that is not included in the water damage service. If the logic board of the device has been irreversibly damaged, we will not be able to repair it and in that case, you will be refunded. WHAT HAPPENS DURING WATER DAMAGE?

In short, water can short circuit critical components and cause corrosion. Fortunately, damage caused by water or liquid incursion can often be reversed resulting in a fully repaired device.
However, salt water is very corrosive and can be very damaging to electronic devices, In this case, you may send in your drone in for a water damage repair, but note that our success rate on salt water damaged drones is lower than that of a drone that has been dropped in other liquids. But, there is still a good chance it may be repaired, so stop by and give us a chance. If we cannot fix it, you will not be charged.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON THE WATER DAMAGE SERVICE?

Our water damage repair service does not include a 30-day warranty. While we can often recover a device from water damage, the further corrosion caused by water damage can cause additional problems in the future. These future problems are not covered by warranty.

Yes. You MUST request a repair case on dji.com directly. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to provide any repair service to customers who are enrolled in any of these programs.

Which product do you need a technical support for?
